The Death of Me

Been sick for the past week with the Flu. It's been five days and I'm beginning to wonder if it's ever going to leave. Achy legs, coughing up bucket loads of phlegm. (Thank you 'Harry Potter' for teaching me to spell this word correctly.) I'm already being made miserable enough, accompanied by the stupid rule set by my parents that if you're home sick from school, you aren't allowed the television or the computer. So along with being miserable, I'm also quite bored.

During this time I've read through the entire 'Harry Potter' series, written inspirational notes to give to strangers, written twenty seven letters, griped and moaned and pretended to be a troll, eaten all of the pudding, drunken all of the cough syrup, worn a lion suit, had a sleeping contest with my cat and used up my very last roll of film. But I could have accomplished far more! I could have watched every Disney film that I owned, had a 'House: MD' marathon, wasted time on Found or worked on my blog.

I shall not rest until this tyrannic dictum is abolished.
